I bought 6 packages of your rolls and finally made one of them over the weekend.  I had to write because I’ve been looking for a  decent tasting roll / hamburg / hot dog bun for going on 6 years since I was diagnosed with Celiac disease.  I am stunned at the wonderful taste of your product!  No after taste, easy to make, easy to get out of the muffin pan, they lasted 4 days** and still tasted delicious without refrigerating or freezing.  I sent the information on this product to several of my friends, with glowing reviews.  I almost do not believe they are gluten free rolls because the taste is so delicious.  I am thrilled!!!  I have not found a decent sandwich bread yet either.  Could you possibly be working on a mix for that?  :-)   I will be a customer as long as you make this product!  Thank you so much – you have no idea what this means to me!  L.H. in MI

**HGF recommends that rolls may be stored at room temperature (wrapped) for 1-2 days, or freeze, as our mix does not contain preservatives.

I was very happy to see this product come to market because it is truly one of the easiest roll mixes I have ever sampled, and it tastes delicious. My husband was able to eat them, too. He is dairy free. My kids liked them, there is no aftertaste and they are not gritty, like other gf products may be. The taste was very good & they were airy on the inside.  A.I. in NY
