Cloverleaf Dinner Rolls

Makes 18-20 rolls. 

Prepare Soft’n Hearty “Easy Roll Mix” dough as directed on package.

Coat 2 standard sized muffin pans with non-stick spray.

Drop 3 small balls of dough, about 1 Tablespoon each, into the bottom of each muffin cup, sides touching.   A small cookie scoop works well.  Dipping scoop or spoon in water periodically will keep dough from sticking.

Let rolls rise for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375˚.

Place rolls in oven and reduce oven temperature to 350˚. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm or cool on rack.  Freeze leftovers.  Pretty and delicious!
